Brewing Instructions
Hot Brew:
Measure: Use 1–2 teaspoons per 8 oz cup.
Heat: Bring fresh water to a boil (212°F / 100°C).
Steep: Pour over the tea and cover. Let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
Tip: Rooibos is very forgiving—the longer you steep it, the deeper the flavor and the more antioxidants you extract, without it getting bitter.
Enjoy: Delicious on its own, or add a splash of milk (or oat milk) and honey for a creamy latte style.
Iced Brew:
Use 2-3 teaspoons per 8 oz of water.
Steep with hot water for 10 minutes to create a strong concentrate.
Strain over a full glass of ice.
