Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Perishables: Due to the nature of organic goods, perishables (such as fresh produce or opened food items) are generally non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or spoiled.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to support@organiclifeeden.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Approval: Once our team reviews your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to ship the items.

Shipping: Please package the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will send you an email notification to confirm we have received your item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage in your email to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process for your original purchase and place a new order for the desired product.
